Currently we offer free delivery for local orders in Singapore.

International: We only ship to Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan and Malaysia. A international flat rate of $20.00 is applicable for each order.

We hope you are delighted with your jewellery. If for any reason you decide not to keep your online purchase, We will accept merchandise in its original condition for an exchange of product when accompanied by the original sales slip. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days from date of delivery. Please note that any associated shipping costs will not be subject to refund and that a different return policy may be applicable for in-store purchases. Before returning the item(s), you will need to contact Our representatives on The item you return must be presented in saleable condition with the appropriate sales invoice and all original packaging and enclosures. Take care to return any certificates that accompanied the item, as neglecting to do so will render you liable for the $20 replacement cost. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We cannot accept returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements according to Our sole discretion.

We do not offer cash refunds for products sold however you can exchange for another item within the similar price. You are require to top-up extra necessary if new item chosen cost more than the exchanged product value.

To be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise must be returned undamaged with the tag intact.  Returns are accepted within 7 days from date of purchase. Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item. Please refer to our Return Policy for more info.
